Party Policy

• A $50 booking fee is required to book your private event. Party packages booking fees may differ. 

• We ask all guests to arrive on time to the party. we often have events back to back, so please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking time. 

• A minimum of 8 guests is required for booking any private event. If the guest count does not meet the minimum required amount of guests please consider doing a walk in instead. If the minimum number of guests do not arrive at the event, the total number of 8 participants sitting fees at $8 per person will be charged to the balance. for party packages the price per participant will be charged to the balance.

• For Birthday parties, due to limited studio space we ask that kids be dropped off for the event and picked up at the end of the reserved time slot. Non-painting guardian's is limited to 2 parents.

• Pottery will be glaze-fired and ready for pick up within the 2 week policy time. The host will be contacted to pickup all guests finished pieces. Pieces are only held for 60 days. 

• Food and drinks are allowed, we do ask that all additional food and drinks are cleaned up at the conclusion of the event.
